DESCRIPTION:2nd Irish Hill – meet in the cattle market car park\,off Linden Walk. \n4th Town 6 mile with strides \n9th London Road Track\n11th Industrial Estate 3k\n16th Up and Downer\n18th Industrial Estate 800’s\n23rd Town 5 mile Farlek\n25th Hospital Hill\n30th Linden Walk Figure of Eight\nOn Thursdays we will meet at Louth Tractors on Industrial Estate\nOn Tuesdays\,due to parking difficulties at the Leisure Centre\,we will meet in the cattle market car park\,off Linden Walk.\nThe only exception to all this on the 9th when we will meet at London Road.\nDont forget\,wear Hi Viz tops as the light is getting shorter.
