DESCRIPTION:13th 800 intervals\n18th town 6 miles\n20th Hospital Hill Time Trial\n\nTuesdays meet Louth Cattle Market\, Thursdays meet Bush Tyres\,Industrial Estate.\nAs usual the final training session before the Christmas break will be the Hospital Hill time trial\nOn Saturday 12th January we will have a dining night at the Black Horse Inn at Donington on Bain 7.00 pm\nTo book please ring 01507 343640 and state that you are part of the athletic club party. I hope that the juniors will join us and bring their mums and dads.\nThe county xc champs are at Biscathorpe on 6th January and i am currently trying to arrange the final Lincs League match at Woodhall in early february.\nThose wishing to take part in the Woodhall 10k in June please note entrys will be open on their facebook on December the 1st\nIn the new year we will resume traing on the 3rd January\nJJ
