DESCRIPTION:Start & Finish (HQ / Registration) \nWalesby Sports & Social Club\nForest Lane\,\nWalesby\,\nNewark\,\nNottinghamshire\,\nNG22 9PF \nRegistration \nRegistration opens at 05:40am and closes at 7:10am (90 Mins)\nRace briefing is at 7:10am \nThe 30.8 mile / 40.8 mile routes take a clockwise circular route on way marked paths with plentiful additional marking and Marshals present. \nFrom the hall you head out towards Sherwood Forest. Initially on some nice trail followed by some tough field edges (and sometimes water!) you reach the A614. Here the route uses a cycle path in Clumber Park near the Thoresby area which is the first real chance to open out the legs before arriving at Hazel Gap Aid Station. \nHere 40 milers cross the road to run an additional 10 miles in the forest which passes The Major Oak! The 30 milers continue without crossing to head towards Creswell Crags as do the 40’s upon their return to Hazel Gap.

Click here to enter.  \nA major event in the UK’s running calendar\, the Sheffield Half Marathon attracts thousands of runners of all abilities and spectators to the city’s streets and raises many thousands of pounds for good causes. \nWith a city centre start and finish\, the event boasts a super scenic route with stunning views of the Peak District for those who conquer the climb to Ringinglow. \nAnd the race even incorporates a ‘triple test’ giving entrants a chance to be crowned ‘King of the Hill’ or ‘Queen of the Hill’ in a timed hill climb\, triumph in a 10K largely-downhill sprint section and cross the finish line first to lift the Sheffield Half Marathon title.

DESCRIPTION:5K Prom Race Series\n​Race Dates:\n  \nTuesday 6th March 2018: \n\nRace Details:\nRace HQ: NO 1 Refreshment Room\, 1 Station Approach\, Cleethorpes\, DN35 8AX \nRace Start Line: Promenade near Kingsway Kiosk\, Cleethorpes. \nRegistration: Please collect numbers from the Race HQ between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. \nRace Start Time: 6:50pm \n\nRace Information:\nThere is a time limit of 40 minutes for this race. \nNo entries on the day will be accepted – this is strictly a pre-entries only event. The race is restricted to 150 competitors due to safety reasons. Minimum age is 11. \nWheelchair users wishing to enter this event are asked to contact us prior to the event for details on how to enter. \nHeadphones are strictly not permitted during the event as per UKA Rules. \nIf the race is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions there will be no refunds given. Any funds\, after expenses\, will be donated to Cleethorpes AC’s Charity of the Year. \nPlease check the club’s facebook page for on the day event information. \nIf you wish to transfer your entry to another runner\, you will need to keep the email received when entering and follow the instructions.  This will be the only way to do a transfer.
