Senior Categories – Under 17,  Under 20, Senior, Vet (40+) Men & Vet (35+) Women

Race 1.  Wednesday 8th May  – 7137 metres

Race 2.  Wednesday 12th June  – 11685 metres

Race 3.  Wednesday   10th July  – 11875 metres

Race 4.  Wednesday 14th August  – 10155 metres

Race 5.  Wednesday   4th September – 7137 metres

Please note ALL athletes competing in all of the Senior Categories must be 16yrs of age by the date of the first race.

Any athlete who is 15yrs of age but not yet 16yrs by the date of the first race & wishes to compete in the road races can only compete in the first & last race & will not receive any points.

Junior Categories – Boys and Girls

Ages as of the 1st race all U9’s must be 7yrs old on the date of the 1st race in May.

Under 9’s     1 lap  –  1200 metres

Under 11’s   2 laps – 2210 metres

Under 13’s   3 laps – 3220 metres

Under 15’s   4 laps*  – 4230 metres

Under 17’s   5 laps *  – 5240 metres

(*These races available for those Juniors not wishing to compete on the road & take points)

Please note – junior races are run on a course suitable for spikes

Declaration form attached to be completed & submitted before your first race.
