10th Apr Hull AC Open, Costello Stadium, Hull. Closing date 7th Apr, no entries on the day.

Wold Dash Dates
11th May, 8th Jun, 13th Jul, 10th Aug, 7th Sept & Mayors Trophy for Louth Runners only 15th Sept. Helpers will be required to marshall junior course & to help with registration & on the finish line to take nos & times.
Junior Training -Tuesday evenings 6.15pm to 7.15pm Outdoor training will commence 5th April. Please bring a coat, track suit top or jumper and water bottle & if any athlete uses an inhaler please bring it along & let the relevant coach know. If injured please don’t come.
Parent helpers are required for training sessions, to allow for a wide range of training &
more qualified coaches are urgently required by the Club to work with the Juniors in particular.
If you are willing to train or are maybe already qualified & can help please speak to Sue Murfin or AJ.
Please could everyone fill out a Membership form & either give their membership to Sue Murfin or post it to Gordon Reid Membership re-newal for existing members requires payment by 31st Mar 2016.
Existing Junior & Senior Membership:- £28 + £13 England Athletic Fee = £41 Total
New Juniors Membership:- £28 + £13 England Athletic Fee + £15 for vest (normal price £20) = £56
Family of 3 Members . £74 + £39 England Athletic Fees = £113
+ for all junior members £2 per night training fee.
Current Junior Team Manager Allan Johnstone (AJ) will require an assistant come the Track & Field season as the Lincs League rules do not permit him to Officiate at meetings & be Team Manager at the same time. Louth AC will be obliged to provide 3 officials/helpers, a track judge & someone to assist with the putting out & removing of the hurdles, without these the Club will not be permitted to enter athletes. Please speak to AJ or Sue if you can help.

6th May Video Horse Race Night & Buffet Supper, Hospital Club, Louth 7pm for 7.30pm. Buy your Horse (£10 to include 1 free entry) or Jockey (£2) & ticket (£5 to include buffet) prior to the night. See Sue Murfin.
